Rebate cheques amid the Canada Post strike

What will happen to our rebate cheques if the postal strike continues into December?

Rebate cheques will be stored in an off-site secure facility until postage service resumes, at which time they will be mailed out.

Can I come pick up my cheque at one of your locations?

Unfortunately, due to the volume of rebate cheques and our 120,000 members spread over nearly 30 locations across the Island, we don’t have the infrastructure to support manual cheque pick ups securely and effectively from our locations.
