Requesting Support

Below please find forms to quickly provide the necessary information to request support for your event or organization, reserve a date to hold a car wash, or book one of our tents.

We prefer to assist as many organizations as we can, and in addition to funds being made available we are very receptive to providing goods or gift cards.
All requests for support must be made in writing a minimum of two weeks in advance. Requests for support in excess of $1,000 are considered by the Co-op Board, who meet monthly. Board requests must be received at least  6 weeks in advance. 

Requests for support should include the "Support Request Form" and a maximum of two pages of support information.

Booking a Car Wash

Peninsula Co-op has space available for fundraising car washes at the Co-op Food Centre on Keating Cross Road and some of our gas centres. We will provide a water hook-up and space for your group. Your group will be responsible for providing hoses, splitters, cleaning supplies, towels, promotional materials and “car washers”.  Our facilities are often used for Bottle Drive fundraisers.  The organizing group is responsible for conducting and promoting the fundrasier as well as clean up following the event. These events are popular so please book in advance by sending us the appropriate Request Form.

Booking one of the Co-op Tents

Peninsula Co-op has tents that we will provide to community groups and not-for-profit organizations for their events. The large tent measures 20’ x 20’ with open sides and must be set up and taken down by a professional tent company.  The Co-op tent is popular, especially during the spring and summer seasons, so please book early by completing a Tent Booking Request form.
